Multi-Dimensional Characterization Lab (MDCL)
A “One-Stop” Lab for Materials Analysis

MDCL provides true three-dimensional characterization across scales, featuring instruments like atom probe, FIB/SEM, HRTEM, and XPS. Co-located with the cleanroom, MDCL supports seamless transitions between fabrication and analysis.
