Meeting Dates & Deadlines

Currently, IBC meetings are being held on the third Thursday of each month at 1:00 PM via Microsoft TEAMS.

In order to provide ample time for review, new IBC protocol submissions must be received by the deadline to be reviewed by the committee at the corresponding IBC meeting. Submissions are due by NOON on the dates indicated below to be considered for IBC review. Submissions received after the deadline will be placed on the agenda for the next regularly scheduled meeting.

To avoid delays in the review process, ensure you submit a complete application. The IBC Chair reserves the right to remove protocols from the agenda if they are determined to be incomplete. The committee meets only once every month on the dates provided below. There is no expedited protocol review process for IBC.

Members of the public who wish to attend an IBC meeting should contact IBCprogram@unt.edu to receive information about the time, location, and/or the TEAMS meeting link for the specific meeting date.
